My experience was Dr Baris was good but I had some concerns now that I am done with my surgery. Setting up my appointment and working with a coordinator made things easy but once I arrived to Istanbul I found there is an opportunity for them to improve on their communication and efficiency. They checked me out of the hospital early and made me wait in their lobby for my driver post op, for over 2 hours. This was unprofessional and extremely uncomfortable. They offered a massage to help with their mess up but dropped the ball when scheduling it and it required me to follow up and waste time to go to the clinic for it.

Dr Baris is good and his work was done well but his team needs to work on their customer service and they should consider writing out post op care for their patients since I was told different things from each person (doctor vs nurse recommendation).

Overall I would say my experience would have been a lot better if his team was considerate and consistent with their communication.

If you’re okay with being more hands on with the process and good at taking notes then you’ll be fine. But if you prefer good customer service and need some additional support during procedures then consider somewhere else.

Attended Istanbul February 27th 2024 to have a lower neck lift, vaser lipo and bbl.  I've been researching for 1 year now, considering many options/locations due to the high cost in Canada and decided to choose Dr. Baris Cin.  I couldn't be happier.  He and his team were absolutely amazing, knowledgeable, answered all of my questions and concerns and my results thus far are top teir.  I'd say the only room for improvement was communication with the coordinating team when arriving/coordating appointments and the language barrier issues at times when in the hospital.  I love my new body, I can't wait to see the final results and I would highly recommend Dr. Cin if you are considering cosmetic surgery abroad. Firstly my agent Sule was amazing she made sure all my arrangements were done perfectly. She assisted me with the whole booking process and still communicates with me every day during my stay making sure I am comfortable and happy. My transportation was amazing from the airport and to the hospital and doctor visits. I love my hotel. My surgeon and the hospital staff were so caring and professional. Mithat was the absolute best he made sure I was always aware of everything and well informed I never felt alone or misunderstood or lost the whole entire time. My body already looks phenomenal! I love Turkey. I am so grateful to Dr Baris for his magnificent work I am so pleased with my surgery and I appreciate the way he handled everything and explained everything to me and I appreciate his care. Girişte Tülay Hanım'ın güler yüzüyle karşılanıyorsunuz ve aynı güler yüz Burcu Hanım ve Ceren Hanım'la devam ediyor. Bilgi, randevu gibi konularda Burcu Hanım yardımcı oluyor, istediğinizi sorabilirsiniz. Seanslarıma Ceren Hanım giriyor. Acele etmeden, üstünkörü yapmadan, detaylı şekilde uyguluyor.
